Due to the technical and fragile nature of our products, returns are handled carefully.

Change of Mind

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
  • Return shipping is at customer expense
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used electrical components
  • Custom wiring looms or modified parts
  • Special order items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Does not match description
  • Is not fit for purpose

We may request:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Basic troubleshooting steps

  3. We will issue return instructions if approved

Refunds

  • Processed after inspection of returned goods
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
